According to the newest network statistics, over 65% of the black tungsten concentrate was priced at 11.7-11.9 yuan / ton and more than 65% of white tungsten concentrate was priced at 11.5-11.7 yuan / ton. In September, the price of tungsten concentrate went into the valley. This is the second consecutive month rebound. The tungsten price rebound accumulated up to 15%.
According to the China securities news, recently, with the declining stocks of downstream buyers and increasing purchasing requisition, tungsten price rises. Current tungsten price brings benefits to tungsten production enterprises. But in the long run, industry experts are more cautious to tungsten price trend. Whether the rising momentum of tungsten price keeps for a period of time will still depends on the downstream demand.
Tungsten price entered the downturn from April and May this year, which went on to October.
There are two reasons for this tungsten price rising: one is Jiangxi government proposed to carry on protected storage to tungsten; another reason is that Ganzhou Jiangxi Tungsten Industry Association promoted the guide price of tungsten concentrate.
