INCONEL 6600 Alloy
Product characteristics:
INCONEL 6600 alloy has the following characteristics:
1. Has good reduction, resistance to oxidation, corrosion property of nitriding medium.
2. At room temperature and high temperature, it has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking performance.
3. The resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion is very good.
4. Below room temperature and high temperature, it has good mechanical properties.
5. The anti creep rupture strength is very good, it is recommended that the working environment is above 700 degrees Celsius.
The application scope of the field:
1. The thermowell erosion in the atmosphere
2. VCM production: resistance to chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonization corrosion.
3. Uranium oxide is converted to six hydrogen fluoride fluoride: anti corrosion.
4. The corrosion of alkali metal production and use, especially the use of sulfide environment.
5. By using chlorine dioxide
6. Organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides production: resistance to chlorine and fluorine gas corrosion.
7. Nuclear reactor
8. In the heat treatment furnace retort, especially in the carbonization and nitriding atmosphere.

Corrosion resistance:
600 alloys are corrosion resistance to corrosion medium. The composition of the chromium alloy under oxidizing conditions has better corrosion resistance than nickel 99.2 (alloy 200) and 99.2 (nickel alloy 201, low carbon). At the same time, higher nickel content of the alloy has good corrosion resistance in the reductive and alkaline solution, and can effectively prevent iron chloride stress corrosion cracking. 600 alloys has good corrosion resistance in acetic acid, acetic acid, formic acid, stearic acid and other organic acids, it has medium corrosion resistance in inorganic acid. In a nuclear reactor and a two cycle used high purity water, it has excellent corrosion resistance. The prominent performance of 660 alloy is resistant to dry corrosion of chlorine and hydrogen chloride, with the temperature of 650 degrees. Under high temperature, annealing and solution treatment alloy state has good oxidation resistance properties and high strength in the air. The alloy can also resist ammonia and nitriding, carburizing atmosphere.
