Molybdenum Alloy Classifications
We will introduce two kinds of molybdenum alloys:
The first one is TZM which is composed of 0.5% titanium, 0.08% zirconium and more than 99.2% molybdenum. When the temperature is over 1300 C, the strength of TZM is two times higher than that of pure molybdenum. And the recrystallization temperature of TZM is about 250'c higher than that of pure molybdenum, and TZM has better welding performance than pure molybdenum.
TZM can be made to sheet and rod.
The second one is MoW(30%) alloy. It has unique properties and is used in the development of zinc industry. This molybdenum tungsten alloy has corrosion resistance to molten zinc, and it is also suitable for rocket nozzles and has a certain potential in corrosion influencing factors application.
Zhengzhou Sanhu Co. can not only pure molybdenum sheets, rods, but also can provide molybdenum alloy products.
