Nickel based alloy Inconel 625 applications are as followings:
Softening and annealing low carbon alloy 625 is widely used in chemical process industry and can be used as structral units because of its better corrosion resistance and high strength.
Inconel 625 can be applied in areas which contact with sea water and bear high mechanical stress.
There are some typical application areas:
1. Can be used as parts in chlorinated organic chemical process technology, especially in areas which use acid chloride catalyst.
2. Applied in digester and bleaching pool to make pulp.
3. Used to make equipment and parts applied in sour gas environment.
4. Acetic acid and acetic anhydride reaction generator.
5. Sulfuric acid condenser.
