Tungsten plate rolling can be divided into hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling. The deformation resistance of tungsten is strong, the common roller can not fully meet the rolling requirements of the tungsten sheet, so we should use the roller made of the special material. Before rolling, the roller should to be preheated according to the different rolling conditions, the  preheating temperature is between 100 ℃and  350℃. It can be processed when the relative density (the ratio of the actual density and theoretical density) of the blank is greater than 90%. The processing performance is very good when the density of the blank is between 92%and 94%. The billet temperature of hot rolling is between 1350℃ and 1500℃. If the deformation processing parameters of blooming billet are improper selection, the billet will produce the delimitation. The staring temperature of the warm rolling is 1200℃,in addition, the  hot rolling plate with thickness of 8 mm can reach 0.5 mm after the warm rolling.
