Standard Specification for Pure Nickel Foil
Pure nickel foil produced by our company meets the national standard GB/T72072-93, we used Jinchuan No.1 nickel plate as raw material. The purity of nickel foil is between 99.7%~99.95%.
The whole process of nickel foil is made by vacuum melting, impurity removal, hot rolling, cold rolling, finish rolling, slitting and annealing, etc. more than 20 processes. The nickel foil is mainly used for nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium, lithium battery, inner ear connecting piece and battery pack connecting piece, PTC over-current protection element pin, partial sodium lamp and other electric vacuum component. It is also used in some of the cores, solders, skins, and so on.
