The production process of tungsten wire
At first, the powder is filled with iron or steel tubes, and then the powder is pressed into shape by the static pressing method. The static pressure method can make the whole supporting rod be with uniform force. The size of powder will become small through extrusion and it is easy to take out.
After taking out, putting it in the sintering furnace for sintering. The sintering time is different for the different size of tungsten bar, and then the next step is to improve the performance by the rotary forging machine.
After the completion of the tungsten rod, the next step is to enter the drawing die for wire drawing process. This part is mainly to do the tungsten rod drawing work. For example, the 1.5 kilograms of tungsten rod can be pulled out 40m tungsten wire with the diameter of 1.588mm. Thus the tungsten wire is produced.
