Tungsten crucible is made of pure tungsten plate, tungsten sheet and tungsten rod through the corresponding process. It can be used in vacuum inert gas below 2600 degrees.
 
Because the melting point of tungsten can go as high as 3410 degrees, tungsten crucible is widely used in the cord cage of the industrial furnace such as sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass melting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and so on. The working temperature environment is generally above 2000 degrees. Especially for the sapphire single crystal growth furnace, the tungsten crucible that has the characteristics of high purity, high density, no crack, precise size and the smooth internal and external wall plays a key role to the crystal quality controlling, service life and seeding successful rate in the sapphire crystal growth process.
 
Tungsten has the high melting and boiling point, good high temperature strength, good corrosion resistance, high heat conduction rate, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good quenching and is widely used in rare earth smelting, quartz glass, electronic spraying, crystal growth industry.
