Medical used titanium alloy adopts F136-2000 (surgical implant uses titanium alloy).
6. The tensile strength of pure titanium rod is 250-320MPa. The tensile strength of titanium alloy is 890MPa.
7. Technical requirements for titanium bars:
① The finished titanium alloy rod is in accordance with GB/T2965-2010 standard, American Standard shall comply with ASTM B348 standard.
② Chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1.
③ Tolerance of polished titanium alloy rod: H11 H9 H8 H7.
④ Tolerance of lathe polishing titanium alloy rod: H11 H10 H9.
⑤ It can be fixed, random delivery, the processing length is 100mm-7000mm, the diameter range is 6mm-300mm.
