The process of tungsten wire production are as follows:
1tungsten powder production

Mix ore of tungsten, ammonium tungstate and hydrogen. After two reduction and purification, tungsten powder is produced.

2  Put tungsten powder into leather sheath and hammer into bar/rod shape by using isostatic pressing method. Isostatic pressing method can let the bar get uniform stress. After hammering, tungsten powder is small in volume and convenient to be taken out.

3 After taking out, put embryonic form into high temperature sintering furnace. Sintering time varies according to bar sizes and the temperature is above 1000 degrees.

4  Finish tungsten wire production by hammering, straightening and drawing.
