Classification and application of molybdenum sputtering targ
With the improvement of the comprehensive performance and application environment of the electronic industry, the molybdenum alloy target also shows its unique properties. Molybdenum sputtering targets can form films on various substrates, which are widely used as electronic components and electronic products. On the application of molybdenum target, our company gives the following explanation:
Classification of molybdenum target:
1. plane target
2. rotating target
3. sputtering target
Process introduction of molybdenum target:
Using isostatic pressing - medium frequency furnace sintering - rolling mill - rolling processing - Inspection - finished products
Application of molybdenum target material:
Molybdenum target materials are widely used in conductive glass, STN/TN/TFT-LCD, optical glass, ion coating and other industries. They are suitable for all flat coating and spin coating systems.
These are based on molybdenum's high melting point, high conductivity, low specific impedance, better corrosion resistance, and good environmental protection. Previously, the layout materials of flat panel display devices were mainly chromium, but with the large scale and high precision of the flat panel display, more and more materials with smaller impedance were needed. In addition, environmental protection is also a must consider. The specific impedance and membrane stress of molybdenum is just 1/2 of chromium, and has no environmental pollution. Therefore, it has become one of the preferred materials for sputtering target of planar display.
