Study on the mechanism of Anteko (Antaike) senior analyst Xu Aidong said, along with at east three factories put into operation, Chinese investors will import metal content of 20000-25000 tons of low grade nickel from Indonesia project in 2015.
Based on the calculation of metal content is 10%, this is 0.20-0.25 million tons of nickel.
Xu Aidong adds, the import volume is expected to reach about 40000 tons of nickel content in 2016. In the first 10 months of this year, China imported 1557 tons of nickel from Indonesia.
The total import amount of Chinese NiFe during 1-10 months increased 67% to 231035 tons, more over than the 194828 tons in 2013.
