The Welding Titanium Rod
Welded titanium bars, also known as welded tubes, are made of titanium or titanium welded by bending and forming titanium tubes. Welding titanium rod production process is simple, production efficiency is high, the standard type is various, the capital equipment is less, but the strength is less than titanium seamless tube. Since 1930s, with the rapid development of high quality continuous rolling production and the progress of titanium welding and repair skills, the weld quality improved, welding titanium rod type standard increased, and it replaced the titanium seamless tube in more and more areas. Welding titanium rod can be divided into straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe according to different welding method. It also can be divided into the furnace pipe, welding (ERW) arc welded pipe and initiative arc welded pipe according to the different welding process. GB/T14291-1992 (mine fluid welding titanium rod). Mainly used for mine pressure, wind, drainage, shaft gas discharge with vertical welded titanium bars. It represents the raw material Q235A, B titanium.
GB/T14980-1994 (large diameter welded titanium tubes for delivery of low pressure fluids). Mainly used for transporting water, sewage, gas, air, steam heating low pressure fluid and other uses. The representative materials Q235A grade titanium.
GB/T12770-1991 (mechanical layout with stainless steel titanium welding titanium rod). Mainly used in machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture, hotels and restaurants, decorative and other mechanical components and layout. It represents raw materials, 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb and so on.
GB/T3091-1993 (low pressure fluid delivery of galvanized welded titanium rod). Mainly used to transport water, gas, air, oil and heating, hot water or steam, etc., lower pressure, fluid, and other useful tubes. It represents the raw material, grade Q235A titanium.
